This all started when my wife, Helen White, and I played in the Gamma Pickleball Classic tournament in Pittsburgh back in June, 2016.  The tournament benefitted the Parkinson’s Foundation, Western Pennsylvania.  Since I have Parkinson’s, we figured it was a good match.

I formed a group of players and supporters called Andy’s Army, and the contributions came rolling in, to the tune of almost $5,000.  After the tournament, some Army personnel inquired about my well being, and asked to be updated.

This is that update.
